Called in yesterday, with a Brake problem, after being recommended by another cyclist. The staff were really helpful and one in particular came outside and sorted out the problem right away after adjusting various parts of the braking system. He also gave us advice on other cycle routes and the garage next door. He was really helpful and had time for us. I would highly recommend.

Was having disk brake problems on our Wisper electric bike so called in on this shop to see if they could help. On Friday they were very busy but I took a set of pads to try to solve the problem my self but the pads did not fit. Went back on Saturday morning and with less people at the shop the staff had the time to help sort this out. Many thanks for helping new customers out and saved our Geocaching holiday.
